1. Service Use
Staff Clock provides attendance, staff task, chat, onboarding, and payroll-summary tools for individuals, companies, and organizations. You are responsible for the accuracy of staff records, pay rates, and attendance reviews entered into your workspace.
2. Admin Responsibilities
The workspace admin controls staff invites, staff access, company contacts, onboarding links, pay rates, and company settings. Admins must only add staff they are authorized to manage.
3. Payments and Access
Plans are billed monthly. Workspace access can be locked when payment is not approved, expired, blocked, or suspended. If access is restricted, you may request a review through the app or contact support@staffclock.com.
4. Acceptable Use
Do not use Staff Clock to harass staff, upload unlawful content, impersonate another person, or access another company�s data. Company chat and staff records are intended only for the workspace they belong to.
5. Availability
We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, network issues, or third-party services such as Firebase may affect availability.
6. Support
For help, report issues at support@staffclock.com. Include your workspace name, work email, and a clear description of the issue.
